Refund and cancellation policy

At Zor, we strive to provide seamless legal consultation services both online and onsite.However, we understand that circumstances may require a refund. Below is our transparentrefund policy:

‍1. Refund Processing Time Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days after approval.The amount will be credited back through the original payment method.

‍2. User-Initiated Cancellations Users can cancel their booking or consultation at any time before it starts.A full refund will be issued for cancellations made before the session begins.Once the consultation has started, no refund will be provided.

‍3. Lawyer-Initiated Cancellations Lawyers also have the right to cancel a consultation at any time before the session begins.If a lawyer cancels, users will receive a full refund or can choose to reschedule with anotherlawyer at no extra cost.If the session has already started, the booking cannot be canceled or refunded.

‍4. No-Show & Late CancellationsIf a user or lawyer does not attend the scheduled session, the session will not be consideredcompleted and a refund will be provided.
